Winter sports in the Ski Jewel Alpbachtal
Ski Jewel Alpbachtal Wildschönau is located in the middle of the mountains of Tyrol.
In the ski area you can be active and also enjoy a relaxing holiday in the heart of the Kitzbühler Alps. Since the two ski areas are connected, the area is among the Top 10 ski areas in Tyrol. The Ski Jewel consists of 109 km of slopes and 45 lifts and goes up to an altitude of 2025 meters. The slopes in Alpbachtal and Wildschönau complement each other optimally and offer something for everyone. With a single ski pass you get access to all the slopes in the area.
Niederau Wildschönau
Niederau is the first village to be found in the Wildschönau and is located at 828 meters.
The first village when you reach the Wildschönau is Niederau. The village is immediately recognizable by the pointed church tower and the Markbachjoch mountain behind it. The Markbachjoch is populated by skiers in the winter and hikers enjoying the beautiful views in the summer. The exit of the A12 motorway in Wörgl is just 10 km away.
